Privacy policy

How TENNIS ONLINE handles usage information through analytics and advertising, how to manage cookies, and how to contact the operator.

Published by TENNIS ONLINE

1. Operator and scope

The TENNIS ONLINE operator runs this tennis information website. This policy explains information processed when you use the site and the choices available to you.

The site currently has no membership registration or login feature and does not ask for your name or email to read articles.

Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026.

2. Analytics and site operation

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand usage and improve content. Cookies and similar identifiers may send Google information such as pages visited, visit times, referral sources, browser and device details, and interactions.

When the separate visitor counter is enabled, it records daily and total visit counts in Upstash Redis. The counter's own code does not store IP addresses or individual identifiers. Daily counts expire 48 hours after their last update; the cumulative total has no automatic expiry configured.

Hosting and external service providers may process IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure their services. Google Analytics retention depends on the service's retention settings and Google's policies.

3. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

Google AdSense code is installed and ads may be displayed. Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to provide personalized ads based on those visits.

Advertising may involve cookie identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser details, impressions and clicks. Actual ad delivery and personalization depend on region, consent and service settings.

See How Google uses data from partner sites and Google advertising technology providers.

4. Managing cookies and personalized ads

  • Change or disable personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center.
  • Manage third-party personalized-ad cookies through providers' own websites or the advertising opt-out tool. Coverage depends on the providers and browsers supported.
  • Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser to stop Analytics measurement.
  • Delete or block cookies in your browser's privacy or security settings. This can affect features or ads; another browser or device may require separate settings.

Disabling personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads. This policy page does not replace a cookie consent interface.

5. External services and processing

Google provides Analytics and AdSense. Usage information may be processed on Google's infrastructure outside Korea. Google's collection, retention and deletion practices are described in its Privacy Policy and cookie guidance.

For the visitor-count service, see the Upstash Privacy Policy. External sites have their own privacy policies.

6. Requests, contact and policy updates

Contact the TENNIS ONLINE operator at kojaesung@gmail.com about privacy or requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction. We will review the request and the information we can act on. Google provides separate controls for Google account information and data it manages.

When you email us, we process your email address and message to respond. Send only the information needed for your inquiry. We delete inquiry information when it is no longer needed after handling the matter, except where applicable law requires retention.

Changes to services or processing practices will be reflected on this page with the relevant effective date.
